Class One: Aerobics/Step/Weight Training for Beginners & Intermediate Level With this low impact exercise regime, this class is essential for those looking for a low to moderate workout with aerobic and cardiovascular benefits being the most apparent advantages.
Mondays: 11:15am – 11:45am

Regular, gentle exercise can help us avoid or alleviate many degenerative symptoms and there are many advantages which flow from attendance at weekly, enjoyable movement to music sessions, expertly led and supervised.
If you are enjoying good health and do not suffer from heart problems, pains in the chest, joint or bone problems,then you can gradually build more activity into your life without consulting your Doctor. However, always check with your GP if you have had an illness, have any worries about your health or if you have been inactive for a long time.Classes: Classes run for 4 weeks then a one week break.. Please check Calander on this website. Payment: Payment is required at the beginning of each 4 week block. Please Note: Payment will not be refunded if classes are missed.
