A fusion of different types of fitness classes, all rolled into one.

Something for everyone!  Suitable for all abilities!

Starts:

Tuesdays @ 7pm for 1 hour

Thursdays @ 12.30pm for 1 hour

Location:

The Palace Hotel & Spa, Inverness

COST PER PERSON:

Members: FREE

 Non Members: £3.00 for the Class

£2 for use of pool facilities after the Class
