FitnessFRENZY is a 2 hour fitness session for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities. It provides an innovative and invigorating programme, designed to promote body fat reduction and improve muscle tone, increase activity levels and improve mobility and flexibility in ways you never thought possible.
Combining both strength training and fat blasting cardio, these workouts are designed to give you the tools to tone up, get a strong, fit, healthy and great looking body, by learning how to exercise to lose excess body fat, improve your aerobic fitness, stamina, endurance and energy levels.
Everyone is given full encouragement to work at a level that is right for them, to do their best whilst working towards their personal training goals.
