FitnessFRENZY can offer a wide variety of services for adults and children either in their homes, at either Strathpeffer  or Contin Community Centres or based at Linda's private studio in Avoch.

FitnessFRENZY can also work with clients referred from GPs, over 50's and less able bodied people of all ages, and fitness programmes to work with young children at various After School Clubs.
