Fitness Sessions (Small Group Training)

Small Group training sessions are a great way to get fantastic results with personalised fitness training, whilst sharing the Personal Training fee with the rest of the group.

Class sizes are limited, paying between £5 - £9 per session, depending on the package purchased.

What is Small Group Training?

 

 

Let it first be stated that Group Training is NOT a "boot camp".

I’ve come to define group training as “a systematic, periodised, progressive programme, designed  to cover  all aspects of exercise designed to get results, with the majority of clients, the majority of the time, in spite of the presence of multiple skill sets and goals.”

What benefits are you going to get from Small Group Semi Personal Training?

  • The whole group is motivated, guided and monitored throughout the entire fitness session. 
  • Because the group is small, personal goals are monitored and  results/targets are easier to achieve.
  • Exercise techniques are demonstrated on an individual basis during a session, with little or no disruption to the rest of the group.
  • Scope to individually progress or regress as necessary.
  • More time to ask questions about goals, exercises, nutrition etc
  • A closer working relationship with the Instructor and other group members.
  • Make new friends
  • Group support
  • Contribute ideas/music for future sessions.
  • A small group can be set up that caters for individual needs i.e. disability groups, friends/family members only, kids, health related groups etc
  • Smaller groups can be better if you are an absolute beginner, shy, embarrassed, consider yourself too old, too young, too fat, too thin, too unfit, too

It is highly recommended to pay for your classes in advance.

Places are confirmed on a first come, first served basis, once payment has been received.   If space allows, you can also pay at the session on the day.  Refunds will not normally be made after 24 hours of a payment being received.
