FitnessFRENZY are small group personal training sesisons - 1 hour long -  for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities.  They provide an innovative and invigorating programme, designed to promote  body fat reduction and improve muscle tone, increase activity levels and improve mobility and flexibility in ways you never thought possible.

Combining both strength training and fat blasting cardio, these workouts are designed to give you the tools to tone up, get a strong, fit, healthy and great looking body, by learning how to exercise to lose excess body fat,  improve your aerobic fitness, stamina, endurance and energy levels.

Everyone is given full encouragement to work at a level that is right for them, to do their best whilst working towards their personal training goals.

FitnessFRENZY sessions are:

        Personal instruction due to the small group number.

        Efficient - you work your whole body in a short period of time. A great way to burn calories like crazy.

        Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored.

        Motivational - When you exercise with a group of people there is built-in motivation.

        Something Different:  Step Aerobics :  Circuits :  Legs, Bums & Tums  :  Strength & Core Training  Aerobics  :  Weight Training  :  Toning  Kettlebells Plyometics  :  Selection of Gym based equipment.

        As challenging as you want the session to be.

        Exercise Modification – The sessions are  good for a variety of fitness levels because we are able to offer modifications to make each exercise easier or harder depending upon your level. So  whether you have never exercised before or you usually train to an Advance Level, this session is the one for you.

        We can also provide on going support.

        An excellent way to increase your stamina, fitness & flexibility levels alongside other training programmes.


 So finally ensure you drink lots of water, modify the intensity to match your fitness level and have fun!
