Vibration Training (VT) with Cardio
Vibration fitness consists of the user exercising on a sonic vibration platform which sends small vibrations through the body. The result of this is the stimulation of the bones, muscles, blood vessels and cells working your muscles from the inside out helping them to stretch, tone and strengthen.
The vibrations make the effect of your exercise much greater, so you can have a full workout in a fraction of the time. With the short workouts recommended, these machines benefit people who find long periods of activity difficult, and the subtleness of the vibrations also makes these machines a key element in rehabilitation therapy. Easy Peasy Winter Warmers
Winter type weather has health implications for us all because our bodies react differently to the cold as we get older. Vulnerable groups such as the elderly are particularly at risk, as they may not sense they are getting cold until their body temperature falls to a dangerous level.
My ‘Easy Peasy’ sessions focuses on gentle exercise to music – either standing or sitting - for older people and for anyone of any age with a disability or a medical condition, and therefore you will benefit from the extra support and supervision that these small group sessions will give.
My mission is to promote health, increase mobility and independence, improve strength, co-ordination and balance. With a little preparation you can use simple exercises and techniques to warm yourself up from the inside out, to keep the body strong throughout the winter months, improving your physical and mental well-being without drastically changing your routine.
Simple&Slow fitness sessions involve the combination of simple exercises and good technique, whilst using very slow speeds of lifting and lowering, either your bodyweight or a hand-weight.
Slow movement works your muscles to a very deep level, creating more tension. This eventually will result in strength gains and excellent muscle definition. Additionally your potential to burn more body fat during and after training sessions will be boosted.
Simple&Slow workouts will also benefit clients working around injuries or conditions which require extra caution.

The classes are performed to music using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and an aerobic step or bench. Participants choose their weights, based on the exercise and their personal goals.
The focus is towards a whole body approach, sculpturing muscles and building endurance, transforming your body’s shape by reducing body fat and toning muscles.
These sessions will suit everyone.

These sessions are mainly for Beginners.
Core stability training is essential to sports performance and injury prevention. The abdominals and back muscles work together to support the spine when we sit, stand, bend over, pick things up, exercise and more.
The torso is the body's centre of power, so the stronger you are in that area, the easier your life will be.
Training the muscles of the core also corrects postural imbalances that can lead to injuries. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness – that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities.
My Core Stability sessions will focus on working the deep muscles of the entire torso, using a variety of different equipment and techniques.

There’s so much scope in these sessions that I don’t know where to start.
They can be hard, they can be easy but best of all you can have fun. Sessions can focus on just upper or lower body, abs or back, aerobic or stretching. You let me know what you want and I will deliver. Variety is definitely the spice of life, so there’s absolutely no reason now for you to use the excuse that you are bored, too fat or too unfit. These sessions cater for all.

From something old to something new……
These workouts are designed to utilize jumping as a way of boosting athletic skill and prowess. Most importantly, Skipping and Rebounding are FUN!!
Have you ever noticed how children naturally enjoy jumping on a bed?
Please check with me if you have poor balance or a lower body muscle or joint concern.
Although flexing and stretching are typically the most overlooked part of an exercise routine, they are both equally important!
Flexibility is important because having flexible muscles allows your joints to move through a full range of motion. You need a certain amount of flexibility to move smoothly, avoid muscle tension and to keep your body protected from injury.
Stretching is one way to keep the body flexible, especially the muscles that are tight as a result of poor posture.
After an initial warm up you will be taken through various stretches using a number of different tools and techniques.
A class that everyone would benefit from taking.
A mad hour (or even 2 if your lucky) of engaging music, fitness fun and a complete mixture of all of the above workouts. You’ll know the moves, you’ll know the music and you’ll know the Instructor.
Be prepared for a complete high, an adrenalin rush like never before, the willingness to be pushed, pulled and motivated to the bitter end………….AWESOME!!!
