Body Shape Up Consultation

A Body Shape Up Consultation give you the opportunity to ask questions about your own lifestyle and what positive changes you can implement that will make a real difference to your health, weight and fitness.

At the beginning of the consultation a Medical Questionnaire will be completed.  Next a short fitness assessment will take place as follows:

Blood pressure

Body Composition: Weight/Fat/Muscle/Water/Bone Density

Hamstring flexibility (Legs)

Quad Strength Test (Legs)

Peak Flow (Lungs)

Core Stability Test (Abs&Back)

During the consultation a Plan of Action will be drawn up along with 4 weeks access to a Weight Management Programme.

The consultation will take approximately 1½ hours.  The charge for this service is: £60.00

 If you require a massage after the consultation: 30 minutes Treatment: £20.00
