Linda Bailey is the owner of Bailey's Health & Fitness and

Linda is a skilled, results orientated, fitness professional and personal trainer with over 16 years of experience in the industry, as well as 9 years experience in the Armed Forces. 

Linda is one of Inverness’s top Personal Trainers who believes in a long term approach to fitness, and with a great track record of helping others realise their potential and achieve realistic goals, her fun and varied sessions both indoor and outdoor, are designed to keep clients motivated so that they focus on the inevitable, that health and fitness is and should be a way of life.

Being passionate about transferring knowledge to her clients so that they feel empowered to make the right choices to fulfil their short-term and long-term goals, Linda believes that one can never stop learning, so keeping up to date with her own professional development is important to ensure the constant delivery of safe and effective exercise continues.

Bailey's Health & Fitness can offer a wide variety of services for adults and children either in their homes, at Dingwall Complementary Health Centre or based at Linda's private studio in Avoch.

Linda’s qualification as a GP Referral Programme Practitioner enables her to work with clients with high risk medical conditions, or those who have been prescribed physical activity by a medical professional.  Linda also has an EXTEND qualification to teach over 60's and less able bodied of all ages and is also a qualified FitKid Coach and can work on health related exercises with 4-15 year olds.

Linda is also a qualified Swedish Masseur as well as being qualified in Nutrition & Weight Management and now an instructor to train clients using Whole Body Vibration (known to many as Power Plate Training). 

Linda is an Advanced Level 3 Instructor as classified by The Register of Exercise Professionals.

Whilst continuing to train her own loyal client base, Linda writes features for local publications, also accepting speaking engagements to local groups such as Cancer Care and Men’s Health and other local community groups and she is a regular feature at the Loch Ness Marathon and Fun Run events as either the 5k or 10K Warm Up Instructor. 

Being a committed Christian for many years and very active in the faith, Linda attends services and fellowship meetings/events at her local Congregational Church.
